|TYPE 3: Fiber to Fiber (Recycled Nylon)
Everest integrates with Chain Yarn to use waste yarn from spinning and weaving process to produce recycled nylon. After recycling, the waste yarn has to go through the process of classification, purification, smashing, and melt spinning, pelletization, then later be made into recycled nylon quality as same as virgin products. Masterbatch would be added to produce dope dyed yarn during the melt spinning. This process will help to save 40% of energy, 74% of carbon emission, and 73% of waste water emission.
