| Ever Bamboo Carbon Membrane |
Material 4 years old dried bamboo are baked at a high temperature of more than 750℃, transforming it into bamboo carbon, grinding to micro-size powder and then mixing with polyurethane(PU) glue to produce thin layer of bamboo carbon membrane (10~17μm).
Feature 1.Thermal Warm Far-Infrared When the bamboo charcoal or the natural mineral powder absorbs the thermal energy of the body, it will release far infrared with an emanation rate more than 88%. 2.Anti-Odor The bamboo carbon powder has the air numerator so the micro cell can absorb the bad smell. 3.Negative-ion Release When water molecules touch the bamboo carbon powder, they will be resolved and release negative ions.

| Ever Coconut Carbon Membrane |
Idea Taking the hull of natural coconut fruit turns it to active carbon. Grinding it to micro-size powder and then mixing with polyurethane(PU) glue produces a thin layer of coconut carbon membrane (10~17μm).
Feature The coconut active carbon has a great deal of micro-size cells on the surface (high surface area and high porosity). These micro-size cell can absorb the bad smell. ( H2S, NH3, CCl4) EVEREST has a special technique to activate carbon to still have effect in the polyurethane membrane. - Anti-Odor The coconut carbon powder has the air numerator so the micro cell can absorb the bad smell.

| Ever Anti-heat Radiation Membrane |
Material Uses a special dispersion technique to disperse metal powder of micron size in the polyurethane and can be applied in any fabric by lamination (PET, Nylon, Cotton and their blends) after making it into membrane.
Feature Not only keeps warm but also separates heat. Metal's glint function can reflect body heat radiation to keep warm and separate heat. - Heat Reflection Reduces the conduction of the thermal energy through the glint function.

| Ever Phase Change Material Membrane |
Material A polyurethane membrane of PCM (phase change material ) contains microcapsules embedded in it. Wearing temperature can be controlled by "phase-transform" from liquid to solid (in winter) state or solid to liquid (in summer) because of the melting point of PCM material near ambient temperatures (26~32℃).
Feature Water resistant and moisture penetration performance also exist because of the original performance of polyurethane membrane. The PCM membrane can keep your body at certain range of temperature during a long period of time and can be used in many kind of fabrics by lamination. Material It is a polyurethane membrane with embedded natural inoganic powder. From the technical point of view, using flame retard compounds with space structure can change reaction mechanism without carbon oxide gas and heat released.
Feature - Flame retardant Adding inorganic powder, the polyurethane membrane will stop burning.

| Ever PTFE/PU Bicomponent Membrane |
Material The material made by polyterafluoroethylene (ePTFE) lamination combined with polyurethane (PU) reinforce treatment is chemical resistant, thermal withstand and electro insulated. It is suitable for protective wear application.
Feature - Durable water repellence: can get degree 100 for initial fabric and keep the degree in 80 after 25 times laundry. (By AATCC 22 spray test method) - Durable water resistance: above 20000 mmH2O after 25 times washing depending on fabric construction and composition. (By JIS L 1092 test method) - Good moisture vaporization: achieve at least 10000 g/m2/24hrs depending on fabric design.

Feature The coconut active carbon has a great deal of micro-size cells on the surface (high surface are and high porosity). These micro-size cells can absorb the bad smell (H2S, NH3, CCI4). Owing to Everest's special technique, activate carbon still has the effect in the polyurethane membrane. The natural far infrared powder with ability of absorption and re-radiated is in special wavelength of 3~14 um. The organic antiseptic can kill the harmful bacterium but not to clean it with ECO-sense.
