Ever Nano Silver

Multifunctional fiber contained silver with effective and permanent anti-bacterial ability

Feature
Nano Silver yarn contains special non-toxic silver which can effectively block the growth of harmful bacterium. After dyeing and finishing fabric made of Nano Silver yarn still has excellent anti-bacteria properties, can be dyed various colors, and has very good color fastness. The AATCC100 test shows that after being washed 100 times in a home washing machine it retained 99% of its anti-bacteria effectiveness. Also, with its non-dissolving dye feature it passes the "OECD Guideline 401" oral toxicity test, ISO 10993-5 for cell toxicity, ISO10993-10 for skin irritation and ISO10993-10 for skin sensitivity.

Ever Natural Carbon

Include two kinds of group products, respectively Ever Bamboo Carbon and Ever Coco Carbon, both use completely natural bamboo or coconut as carbon precursors.


Ever Bamboo Carbon

The derived bamboo was put into a klin to bake at a high temperature transforming into black bamboo carbon. Black bamboo carbon after grinding into fine powder mixes with polymer to produce bamboo carbon masterbatche. The black Ever Bamboo Carbon fiber is then spun by blending polymer with the bamboo carbon masterbatche. The white Ever Bamboo Carbon is made by using silica to cover black carbon powder to show white appearance. The white Ever Bamboo Carbon fibers are then made using the same spinning process as black one. The white Bamboo Carbon textile has the great improvement of dyeability that broadens the color range in garment design compared to the black one.

Ever Coco Carbon
The derived coconut was put into a klin to bake at a high temperature transforming into black coco carbon. Black coco carbon after grinding into fine powder mixes with polymer to produce bamboo carbon masterbatche. The black Ever coco Carbon fiber is then spun by blending polymer with the bamboo carbon masterbatche. The white Ever Coco Carbon is made by using silica to cover black carbon powder to show white appearance. The white Ever Bamboo Carbon fibers are then made using the same spinning process as black one. It has the great improvement of dyeability that broadens the color range in garment design compared to the black one.
