The company has been honored with the 2023 Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) and the Taiwan Sustainable Action Award (TSAA) in the category of Smart Net Zero Factory - Gold Level recognition, showcasing remarkable resilience and innovation.


Everest Textile has a complete production structure and vertical integration capability. By forming alliances with different industries, it establishes a green ecological supply chain and engages in green production. With an end-to-end carbon reduction approach, it holds a significant advantage in creating green products.


Furthermore, starting from product design, Everest Textile considers the use of environmentally friendly materials. The development of energy-saving technologies in production and the utilization of green energy sources contribute significantly to reducing the carbon footprint of products. This approach aligns with the goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, enhancing green and sustainable competitiveness. Everest Textile adopts green industrial 4.0 processes and engages in long-term initiatives for energy and water conservation (53% reduction in electricity consumption/revenue, 60% reduction in water consumption/revenue). The annual savings of 92% in air conditioning electricity result in a reduction of 12,071 tons of carbon emissions, demonstrating a commitment to preserving the Earth.


Everest Textile leverages intelligent AI technology in conjunction with a dashboard for real-time monitoring to enhance production efficiency. In collaboration with the Industrial Technology Research Institute, they have developed a smart grid, enabling each department to clearly understand its electricity consumption. Through the implementation of equipment insulation and waste heat recovery systems, Everest Textile effectively reduces heat energy loss in the dyeing process. Additionally, by applying the principle of heat exchange, they maximize the reuse of waste heat in hot water, showcasing optimal resource conservation. Moreover, Everest Textile has initiated the Everest Sustainable 3.0 Plan to achieve the net-zero goal by 2050.
